Refund Policy


Returns
If something isn’t quite right with your order, please get in touch within 3 days of receiving it. Once your return is agreed, you’ll have 14 days to send the item back to us.


Some items are exempt from returns, including gift cards and certain jewellery pieces (such as earrings) unless they arrive faulty.


Items purchased at full price may be returned for a refund. Pieces bought on sale, or purchased during live social media sales are non-refundable and sold as seen.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible.


Please include your order number when contacting us about a return.


Refunds
Once your return arrives back with us, it will be carefully inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.


Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, we recommend:
Checking your bank account again
Contacting your card provider, as processing times can vary
Reaching out to your bank, as refunds can take a little time to show

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. For international returns, please mark your parcel as “return” to avoid customs charges. Any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will also refund the original shipping cost, as long as proof of return postage is provided.


We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service. While we hope every parcel finds its way back safely, we cannot guarantee receipt of returns and are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 Refunds can only be issued once the item has been received.
